Order Status and Delivery Notifications
We will send you an email once your order has shipped that will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Generally, you should receive your purchase at most +2 days of the delivery date (do consider any holidays + weekends in between). If you haven’t your shipment after this time allowance, please contact us at Christabelessentials@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Data collected during a transaction will not be shared with any third party.

Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
