We do accept returns up to 5 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

At Christabel Warehouse, we ensure all orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Free local delivery is available for orders over $30 anywhere within Calgary. For orders under $30, we charge $5 flat delivery rate.

Deliveries are made from 10 am to 6 pm, Monday thru Saturdays including on holidays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
